Creeking lala bedset
Received a bed from Teljoy in July'20 and the bed is now creeking EVERYWHERE!! I emailed customercare on 08 Aug'20 and received no feedback. I then emailed their Technical department on 24 Aug'20 and still nothing.
So I gave them enough time to get back to me... this morning i cantact them for them to tell me they tried calling me on 14 Aug'20 - i have no record of any calls on this date and as for email I sent on 24 Aug'20, they did not receive it, this after i confirmed the email address with the person this morning.
Now this morning i emailed both customer care and the technical department...
This bed is useless and I hope noone ever buys it!! worst bed ever!

25 Sept 2020, 15:24So I received numerous calls from teljoy to advice that someone will get back to me... When they did get back to me... Nothing!! The agent is yet to call to collect bed and the bed is getting worse by the day!
