Confused and furious

I had an acc with Teljoy I told them to collect the appliances as I am unemployed since October 2014. The appliances was collected on the 19th of February 2015. I was never contacted for the arrears total of two months. I only received one email from Teljoy stating I have to pay. In September a gentleman contacted me from Landau Attorneys he asked me if I am working for Nancys Florist I told him no I am not working there as I am unemployed. The address where the judgement was served is my aunts florist and we live on the same premises.This gentleman went on and on saying my colleague said I work here I told him I don't have a colleague cause I am not working. What really confuses me is how can they send me a judgement stating I must appear in Protea North Court. How can you summons someone a judgement who is unemployed and who never received phone calls concerning the outstanding account. I would appreciate it if this misunderstanding could be resolved a.s.a.p. I am unemployed at the moment.
