Complaint from Vaughn Bezuidenhoudt!

Since the beginning of September, I have requested a statement four times in order to find out when my contract would be up. I've only received payments that are due and nothing else. I've called and emailed numerous people, yet no one has been willing to help me.

Last week, Samuel Duimpies sent me the most terrible customer service email I've ever received. TYPING IN CAPITAL LETTERS!!! For the past 15 years, I've worked in customer service and I've never seen anything like this!

I then attempted to file a complaint via email with Cindy Roux, and boy was it a terrible experience. When I have been a loyal customer for three years paying over R50 000 in monthly installments over the 3 years, being spoken to as if I am some sort of filth! Because Cindy Roux does not check her email communication between her representatives and clients, AND CINDY TYPES IN ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, TOO! Whoever you hire to teach your staff CS should give you your money back with an apology letter.

I am not happy and i am logging a formal complaint!
