COMPLAINT / BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Im renting a Samsung 55inch curve with Teljoy and its cracking on the sides. I have brought this problem to their attention as this is the second Unit from Teljoy with the same problem. The sad part about the whole thing is that Octavia Nondilishe from Teljoy is not assisting, instead she's giving me the run arounds. Im paying insurance premium monthly but still not getting any joy. Ive been with Teljoy for more than 5 years and this is the most disgusting service ever
