Company is okay, excellent service from Sales Team Lead.
Dealt with Teljoy for a while, I've had ups and downs with them, their processes are not ideal, however every time I had an issue that the agents couldn't solve after days of getting the run around, I would ask for Lizanne Kruger, she's always managed to sort things out and de-escalate situations really quick.
