Collection Agent Samuel Duimpies threatening me

Good day

I tried arranging payment for the arrears for the 25th of July, but your collection agent Samuel Duimpies not having it,forcing me to go to loan sharks by tomorrow or he will collect the tv.

First of all, why didn't he call me sooner after that "add" payment bounced?

Secondly it's not yet 30 days since he started contacting me and informing me about this arrears which I was not aware of?

Thirdly, who is training your agent that whenever they call is not to help the client settle the arrears but they immediately call with treats for repossession?

Fourthly, I dont have money and cannot go to loan sharks, if you teljoy cannot wait until the 25th which is next week Tuesday then you cab go ahead and collect the TV, but be sure I will ruin your reputation.

I didn't send this email to him cause I feel he is desperate and therefore using power abuse to clients. If he had started communicating this arrears last month, I would have made a plan earlier. Please ask him to send you recordings , emails, or sms of before July where he communicated this arrears, not July.
