Collection

I recently upgraded my fridge with Teljoy, and as far as I knew/understood, the old unit was supposed to be collected upon delivery of the new one, however when I told the driver he said he knew nothing of it, will the old unit be collected? Second issue I have, seeing that with Teljoy you pay ahead will the old unit be prorated seeing that I only used it for 10 days but paid for the whole month, I mean it’s only fair seeing that I will pay for the number of days I’ve had the new unit….
