Client service is a disgrace

The service and communication between teljoy and myself has been very poor if been waiting 2 weeks on feed back i call them for feed back and need to make a big ass of myself to get a respons just due to there client service when your appliances brake and to replace or fix is a disgrace i will not recommend getting stuff from them just for the way they handle customer service and still 2 weeks later the part is coming on the 28th i cant believe that they are so bad with service but there debit order is never late paid on the day but a client need to beg for answers and updates.
