Change Sales Consultant!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been dealing with a Robert(consultant) for almost 3 weeks waiting for feedback regarding my account.
Can you please reallocate my account to someone who actually cares because clearly this guy does not.
All i I need to know is would it be possible to exchange a washing machine with another as I am finishing paying the it in 2 months YES or NO
Im not getting why it must take 3 weeks!

You have been recently approved to add on to your account and an upgrade can only be done 5 months after the recent approval.
