Cant send statment
I was behind in my teljoy account. I was phoned every week and every month i got a statment. But now that i am up to date with my account i dont even get my statement. I belive there is an item on my account that the contract is over but teljoy still bill me for it. And if i phone in they tell me the system is offline

My apologies, I am aware that our IT had to reboot our systems yesterday and today, however I have advised the customer care supervisor to contact and assist with regards to your rental contract.
