Can't give all the info and lies about discussing it with their customer!
Disgraceful! Your sales team has dropped! PALESA FAILED TO MENTION THE PRO RATA, so now you want to charge me an entire months fee extra! More than the product i took! I want a phone call by 9am latest! This is not on! After years of being a loyal paying customer this is the **** service i get?! Fix this now!

26 Jan 2023, 08:30Hello Chante, please note all our customers do get an SMS notifying them of the pro-rata and this is in our terms and conditions as well. Pro-rata is calculated from the day you received delivery of the unit to the end of the month. Your pro-rata amount for the days you've had the product this month (six days) and next month's fee is combined amounting to R 318.61. Pro-rata is billed in arrears while your monthly payments are billed in advance, this is why we have combined these two together.
