Cant even keep to promises made after initial complaint
How extraordinarily terrible are you guys after my complaint i still have not recieved the email you were going to send to rectify my credit score and still its not updated

As per discussions with our Collections agent, the Annual increase of 7% occurred after the monthly installment was debited. The Monthly charge will be adjusted accordingly from 20/04/2020 .
ITC Records will be updated accordingly.

15 Apr 2020, 14:59F#CKING LIES IS THIS WHAT YOU DO WHEN A CLIENT DOES NOT AGREE WITH YOUR TERRIBLE SOLUTIONS HOW CAN YOU TELL ME THAT I MUST WAIT TILL YOU CORRECTLY DEBIT THE ACCOUNT MY ITC MUST LOOK LIKE **** BECAUSE OF YOU .
In this case i am happy to report telljoy for reporting incorrectly to ITC , i asked the lady how can i be made to wait if you approved an amount after the debit reporting people to ITC is not for when your company f#cks up its for when a client does not pay .
She was supposed to get back to me will now be contacting someone with regards to defamation of character with regards to making my credit record look bad as well as seeking legal advise as to Teljoy reporting to ITC incorrectly .
If this is not sorted today above measures will be taken as well as taking your terrible attitudes lies and terrible service to social media .
