CANNOT REPAIR APPLIANCES

Took out contract 6 months ago. After 3 months, LG washing machine broke. After 2 months they concluded that it could not be repaired as no spares available. They offered to refund my payments but have not done so. A month ago my oven broke. Still waiting for parts to repair. This is relatively new Samsung unit. These people cannot actually fix the machines. They send out repair people who do not have a clue of how to fix the item. Their standard solution seems to be to replace the circuit board and then they claim that parts are not available. Definitely do not recommend this service. Now trying to get my payments back and will then revert to proper repair agents.
