Cannot payup contract and cancel...

Im confused with Teljoy Rent to Own. I requested to pay my fridge finished and cancel my contract. I was told I can pay it in full but I will not own it till September!!! is this legal??? So pay it but you will not own it till September.<br> This was never told to me yesterday when I contacted your call center. It was told to me Pay R476.01 and the account will be closed. Stop ripping me off. I paid you guys so close the account. convert to OWN. And thats it. I have been doing business with TELJOY for many years. Don't Cheese me off.
