Can not Cancel a rental at any time as they state on their website

So Teljoy has it that you can cancel your rental at any time by just giving 30 days notice by sending an E-mail, yet they do not confirm receipt thereof and ignores the e-mails completely and then still carry on as if you did not cancel.

I have sent 10 E-mails to both their E-mail addresses and still nothing, I have even sent in a query on their Website and guess what.... no reply from them.

The main reason I am canceling my rental with them is because I took a TV with them for R430 (as advertised) and they have been charging me R480 since the beginning, no matter how many E-mails I send them to fix this issue they just don't fix it and still charges me more for the TV as what I signed for, that in my opinion is false advertising.

I no longer wish to ever get something from Teljoy again, they have the worse customer care (as I have said many times before) and clearly their clients do not matter when they want to cancel, it is all about the money for them.

Dear Teljoy,

Your company is so bad and would never recommend you to anyone, after the whole review of your company you only reply to the cancelation.

You dont even mention that you were taking more money a month than my contract said you were going to.

And then even more so I had the TV for 6 MONTHS and still you want a R500 cancelation fee after your company website says that the R500 is only applicable if you cancel BEFORE 6 months, furthermore the reason I am canceling is because TELJOY is not following their own policies and does not go by the client's contract.

I will be telling everyone how Teljoy works, and its clearly not for their clients
