Bullying and Threatening Tactics

I am sick and tired of Teljoys Bullying and Threatening Tactics. I have an arrangement in place and was sent an email by a collections consultant who said this in the content of the email

You are in the process of being listed with the SAFPS (SA ***** Prevention Service) as a ***** Perpetrator due to Breach of Rental agreement (Non-compliance with our T&C’s), and the Teljoy unit/s, which remain property of Teljoy has still not been recovered. This ***** listing will remain on your name for a period of ten (10) years and the details of your listing is shared with all the members of the SAFPS which includes all Major Financial Institutions and many other places; https://www.safps.org.za/Home/OurPartners

Teljoy is the worst company in SA and I do not recommend them to anyone.

One consultant does not know what the other is doing and threats like the above is a huge no go.

Maybe Teljoy should train their staff in better customer liaison than sending threats as above.
