Blacklisted

Good day

I just want to know why am I blacklisted by your people after I paid my account? I was in credit with you and now you blacklisted me for a missing payment in December!

This is unfair and I'm going to dispute this even if it mean I have to go to court.

I'm feeling that you guys are really unfair. Yes, if I skipped payments frequently, I can understand that, but really!!

I'm sending this to the Ombudsman as well.
