BE VERY CAREFUL OF TELJOY
I've rented a T.V from teljoy and he t.v got ****** and I've informed them about it and I've given them the SAPS CAS number but they are continuously sending me statements with higher amounts every month.
In the teljoy contract is states that the t.v is covered for theft and I've told them but they are still billing me.
Guys please stay away from teljoy they are big ****** that robs their clients.

Where an item is reported as ******, the claim process must be assessed according to the terms and conditions of the agreement, and supporting documentation such as the SAPS case number is required. While a claim is under review or if additional information is outstanding, billing may continue on the account in line with the agreement.
We would like the opportunity to investigate your specific case and provide clarity on the status of the theft claim and the account charges. We'll ask our team to review the matter urgently.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

11 Jun 2026, 08:28I've given teljoy the SAPS CAS number immediately after opening up the case and it's more than 3 months ago. Does it take this long for you to stop billing me and send me a proper statement. I will only start paying my outstanding amount once teljoy send me my proper outstanding amount.
I've been informing teljoy accounts department every single month but no one is interested in sorting it out. Just because I've written a review on Hello Peter now I get a very quick response. Teljoy never respon to my emails they always ignored me and now they quickly respond on Hello Peter it just shows how they treat their customers
