Bad services

I purchased a mercer rent to own from Teljoy. Which took over a month to be delivered!!!After the one month trial expired, we could not load any operating system (windows etc), would not even connect to our wifi. I called Teljoy to advise them of this and never got any joy. On speaking to my IT person as well as doing research on the purchased item we were told that there is no hard drive. We then put a new hard drive in (cost over R1000 )and loaded the necessary, one month later the same thing happend. Called Teljoy and reported the matter, I was told only put Mercer and charger in box and not to put any CD in....now if the technician knew what he was talking about, he would have know that there is not even a CD drive in this computer!!!! Explained to him that there was a new hard drive put in (as there was a ***** driver in the packaging in order to put a hard drive in)Computer was picked up and we now received a call to say that the machine was tampered with!!!!! and that it would cost close to R2000 to repair..The machine was not tampered with!!! only a hard drive was put in!!!! I refuse to accept this and will not pay for this to be repaired, this machine was a dud machine right from the beginning. There are 2 choices either you pay to have it repaired or I cancel the deal and want my hard drive bac****! I am shocked at the service with regards to this machine.
