BAD SERVICE!!! Poor quality products!

I have complained soooo many times already over the POOR service of teljoy!! Iwrote a review last week about how I have been struggling to get a faulty bed replaced and still they dont give a damn? It has been 2 weeks now since I lodged the first complaint with them! All that happened was that a lady phoned me on thursday and said she will phone me back with an update but still I haven't received any feedback as yet. They still ignore the phone calls and still took my money for the product but they can not do their work and replace the faulty base as they are investigating and that doesnt even make sense as they dont even contact me again or anything? Teljoy gives the worse service ever!! And they do not care about their clients at all!
