Bad service, good to take money

Since 2015 receiving our dishwasher half of the year I cannot use it because it not working allthou their policy says if there is a complain more than 3 times of the same problem they will replace the unit. Needless to say after 5 years they will rather call Defy to check unit replace the parts and like now tech was here but machine still having same problem poor service but good in taking your money I just had it
