BAD SERVICE
The worst service is from Teljoy Easy Fix I have taken a contact from them for 5 items , with each under 8 years old as they are now out of guarantee. When I wanted my surround sound amp repaired i was informed that as the part is no longer available I must now include something else , The Amp can be repaired without replacing the PC board but repairing the board but they do not want yo repair the board , as I have got quotations to repair with guarantee .
If the said item was under their contract, I would have assumed my amp should be repaired . They are now looking at ways to avoid repairing my amp
Then I refred to them providing me with a policy wording for my contact , but after 2 weeks I am still waiting BULL-**** SERVICE FROM TELJOY EASY FIX they just want our hard earned cash.
