Bad service

Teljoy easy fix is useless. When I signed with them they told me they have technicians in my area. Now that I want to claim now all of a sudden they don't have any technicians.

I provided them with a repair technicians phone number so they can make arrangements but still no feedback.

I emailed them to ask how far are they still no joy.

Still no joy. Teljoy is seriously useless. All they keep saying is that they don't have an agent in my area.

When I signed up I was told by the sales agent that they have repair agents in my area.

If they can't figure something out they can pay me back all my payments and I'll have it fixed myself.
