Bad Service

I was interested in a tv which was R50 more then i qualified. Spoke to a consultant online just asking for a review as i was a good paying customer previously with 4 items rented. Was advised this cannot be done. When i said noted, will go elsewhere i got an emoji reply, "perfect" which i felt was very rude from the consultants side. Not even trying to convince me to take some else or try to assist. Clearly dnt need customers.
