BAD SERVICE

Most terrible services I've ever received when it comes to having a service call on a product that has a fault. Technician was booked, confirmed and never pitched. It also took me 2 weeks to book a consultation for a service call after requesting on Teljoy website multiple times and eventually receiving service once I threatened to halt my debit orders. I have now been without my sound system for 2 weeks and will never get anything from Teljoy again. False advertising and this won't be the end. Never get anything from them as they're full of empty promises. Placing a stop order on everything until I have my equipment repaired.
