Bad service at Teljoy. Do not purchase their products
I should have taken in account the bad reviews of this company!!!! Very bad unprofessional conduct. I had an agreement with them, via messenger to change from eft payment to debit as they said they would charge me 18 rand extra for eft. Come month end, the send to me a statement which is 57 rand more, reason, none given, no response received. I wont recommend them to anyone.

09 Apr 2022, 17:26Hello Tondi, we have consistently been in contact via Facebook as well as email, where we explained there was a five percent increase on your rental agreement. This is referenced in our Ts & Cs. The eighteen-rand admin charge for not paying via debit order is up to fifty-rand, which was agreed to via voice mandate on the initiation of the rental agreement (also in our Ts & Cs).
