Bad service and unfulfilled Promises!!!

I wish I had read these reviews before trying to do business with Teljoy.What an absolute pain. I ordered a TV on the 7th December 23, approved by the 9th and I am still waiting for delivery. I have been calling each day to check on the progress and I was given 3 different unsuccessful dates promised it would still be before Christmas. Such poor communication, I can't mention the cost and inconvenience of having to wait for hours on end just to speak to someone and a new person each time, and let alone the lies and unfulfilled promises for delivery, I have lost all trust if my TV is not delivered today 21 December 2023, I would be making contact to cancel, if I am even able to get to speak to someone 🙄
