Bad service and ***** from teljoy

Several months ago teljoy allowed someone to change all my details and attempt to take out a contract. Thankfully I managed to stop that. I spoke to the team leader “HP” who had said he will look into it and sort it out. Tried a few times to get hold of him - no reply. Today I try to report my washing machine to be fixed only to find out all my details are incorrect. So now at this moment they won’t send someone to fix the machine as they now must look into it 😡. I then speak to someone in customer care who also says they will look into. I asked for a team leader to call me back as they say they can’t change anything without proof - strange that everything was changed before without proof. When I mentioned that I am not going to ride around getting proof etc for them, they put the phone down on me.
