Bad service agent are rude as hell they threaten the customers

My sister has a contract with teljoy she was very pleased on how they were fast n straight forward she did not know that her hell on earth has began😔

She made her first payment end of December 2022 she was not aware she had to pay double since the units were delivered early December she lost her job end of January she was hijacked n almost killed they took her car, phones, laptop and a wallet she was depressed she called teljoy to report her problem the agent who she spoke to understood he was very understanding she made another payment end of Feb only two months without paying her account she was threatened by an agent named Portia the same day our dad died 😭just imagine ur dad just died someone is demanding money from u without understanding or sympathy 😔

on Tuesday the driver has already arrived to collect the units but there was no one in the house cause we were planning our dad's funeral the driver was not rude he was very understanding n he spoke with my sister in a very respectful n peaceful manner. my sister made another payment it was not enough the smses kept coming when u call them they don't pick up or respond to emails. she got another job in kruger she moved to kruger with the units agent Portia want the new address to collect the units but her last payment was in June 🙄

I understand that it's business but this are humans n they go through a lot she made a transfer of 1400 Saturday morning to their fnb account then two hours ago it bounced back she also received a massage saying that the field agent is coming for collection. I wonder where will they collect the units

I honestly believe that they could find a way to give a better service n understand people, she almost died , she lost her job , she lost her father but kept on trying to keep her account alive 😭

I think she should just allow them to take their stuff the fridge has a weird sounds the water dispenser is licking, the top loader is not functioning properly no one used those units while they were still in springs I believe they are not new units 🤔she insist on paying them but Portia want to collect them 😂
