bad service

I dont understand why if you on dept review and teljoy is not on the list because you pay them cash every month for the goods which had been purchased yet you get contacted to ask whether you would like to buy more goods .. i then agree to get more stuff they ask for documentation... it gets sent through.. then they tell you sorry they can't? Why ? If i pay you guys cash? Every month... the stuff ordered is what i actually needed ... i dont need this stress i jus came out of hospital and must get information like this ... no ways... i have been a customer with you guys for 3 years almost 4. ... dont say things can happen and then it doesn't... dont promise and its not fulfilled.. like i had been oromised my stuff... i just needed thise things and still do want it. I need this issue to be sorted out immediately and the giids delivered
