Bad service
App**** more than 3 days ago. Received multiple mails to send outstanding documents.......but they never rep****, even after sending a mail to tell them to phone me.
Now they dont answer their phones when i phone them.
Seriously considering cancelling my contract with them if this is the level of service

Seems like they dont need new business as the service they give now is not that good.
I had to phone this morning and was told someone will get back to me.......TODAY. they only work till 5 and its 5:35 now. So i guess i will have to take my business somewhere ells

Any yet again here we are. No phone call or mail from Teljoy.
