Bad serves

I have app**** a Pool table in April already. No one came back to me. I have called them from may and was advise that my application was approved and some one will call me back. I call every week from may but was transferred from pillar to post and no one call me back as promised. this is very sad. hope fully some one will be in contact with me before 2021
