Bad management service

So i been having problems saying i am in arrears my boyfriend went to the branch to sort it out speaking to the so called manager ge got her direct email where she said i could settle this as they state iam owing 5 months but i have those payments so i emailed her and 5 days later no reply!!!!but they quick to jump..pathetic
