Bad Machine

As a paying customer that’s been loyal to Teljoy I am very upset..Ever since I got the washing machine it has always given me problems I’ve had two technicians come and check the machine and the do a drum clean and change the drain pump however the machine has always continued giving problems but now I can no longer take it as I washed clothes today my grey polo neck came out dry doesn’t even seem like it washed still has the spray smell..White and light clothes come out with spots I cannot be paying for a machine that is not working I don’t want a technician to come out and again tell me they did a drum clean I want a working machine coz this is not on.
