Bad customer service

Not happy with your service,I have a rental with teljoy and we agreed on a certain debit order amount and date but to my surprise the debit order never goes off and my account ends up being in arrears. I phoned customer service and emailed the company about this and I was promised that this will be fixed. And now to my surprise they handed me over wherelse they were supposed to debit the amount which is why I'm in arrears. I don't understand how this is my fault. A friend recommended you guys and I regret doing business with this company
