BAD AFTER SALES SERVICE FROM TELJOY

My complaint is about Teljoy's after sales service. They offer a warranty with their products which can be extended when the product is paid and transferred to owner. I had a product which needed repairing and it was collected by the repair company on 17/11. They confirmed that it was repaired within 2 days. The repaid company had to wait until 01/12 to receive proof of payment from Teljoy and say that this is how Teljoy makes their customers wait all the time. Feedback from Teljoy in this regard was not forthcoming during the wait and when messages were left no one returned my calls. Really bad after sales service from Teljoy.
