AVOID!!!
Teljoy's service leaves much to be desired - avoid if possible! I am nearly at the end of my 36 month contract and my washing machine broke. They sent someone out to repair who said it needed parts. After weeks of waiting for the parts they came back to install the parts and advised it's not repairable. Two months down the line and I am still without a washing machine yet my account is up to date. I am furious with their customer care staff as have been requesting the assistance of a manager and to escalate my complaint with no response other than to say their system says they have ordered parts for the machine so obviously have no idea what is going on in their own business! I now have to go through an ombudsman as absolutely ****** fed up!

Thank you for your prompt response. A manager has finally been in touch and has assisted in booking me a replacement to be delivered tomorrow morning. That is the kind of level of service I'd expect from a company like Teljoy. As soon as I'm satisfied that Teljoy has made good with my complaint I will quite happily re-write a favorable review.
