Audrey Shabangu WHAT A STAR!!!!!!!!

So in march last year during South Africas first lockdown I was unfortunetly stuck abroad in europe and the unfortunate incident occured that my mother would be in an armed ******* while i was gone. her cellphone was ****** that i had purchased for her from teljoy and with me being abroad i was unfortunetly unable to put a claim through to teljoy regarding the ****** device. in november last year i finally got back and have been talking to Audrey Shabangu (***) the whole time regarding my claim. i was worried that nothing could be done as teljoy also stopped supplying cellphones on their product list. Well thank the stars for Audrey who was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. she helped me with the late claim process and was able to successfully arrange a replacement for me. You are really a huge asset to Teljoy and i hope they never let you leave working there as your professionalism and work ethic is actually worth a 10star rating and not a 5star rating. thank you for your effort in helping me it was appreciated and reminded me that there is still great customer services out there.
