Atrocious Service!!

The worst company ever since I've signed up with this company I've had nothing but pathetic service from them

I've been dealing with Portia as of the 23rd July 2021 , I called and she assisted me with payment details, I did the payment and sent her the proof of payment on the same day , which she acknowledged and everything was fine, it's now the 18th August 2021 I've been receiving numerous sms' stating my account is overdue I have been listed as well by this useless company who can't check their records or even bother responding to any of my mails ,

Portia said she would give me an update I am still waiting since the 23rd July I am highly upset nothing has been done all I am getting is excuses, I have handed the matter over to my lawyers for the wrongful listing

This company is good for nothing their staff and management don't care at all about their customers all they do is provide horrible service and don't follow up at all

I would not at all recommend them to anybody it's the worst company ever and I'm sure they do not Care at all about what their customers complaints or concerns are

I am tired of this company and they will be dealing with my lawyer
