Atheana is a Star

So I had back lighting issues with my Hisense television and after master care collected the handset more issues came after the television was scratched and no one wanted to take responsibility.

I explained the whole situation to a lady called Atheana and she did understand my frustrations at the end and today i received a new Television as the previous one they could not find the parts.

I am happy that finally my issue was resolved even though it might have taken two months. I am happy with Atheana's understanding as i was furious with her at the beginning but now she is my favorite. Thank you Atheana your a star.
