Arrogant and extremely rude
Very unprofessional, rude, arrogant staff. Its been 18days since they picked up my default washing machine and yet they call me to arrange the pick up but it has been picked up already. No one can tell me where my washing machine is or how long i still have to wait. Today a guy by the name of Thuba Nyathi calles and will argue with me that he got a job card today to come collect my washing machine. The more i tell him its been collected the more he tells me that he only recieved the message today to come and collect my washing machine. Then i asked him more the 3 times for contact details of a supervisor or manager that can assist me with this matter then he say oh he can give me the details not a name nor a number whom i can call. When i started getting frustrated now after asking numerous times for contact details for any one els that can give me answers as he cant give me any then he just hanged up the call. Now i try to call him back and it is as if he blocked my number as spam cos it doesnt even ring by his side. Telljoy really needs to have a staff shift cos the guys working currently doesnt seem to know what they are doing as he stated he is at home and no one is available to give me answers.
