ARRANGEMENTS

I made arrangements several months ago with this company and I am paying my account each and every month. Every single time I pay - two days later I get called and ask why I am in arrears. How do their people update their system as I am now sick and tired being called several times a month and keep on telling them the same thing over and over. Who ever phones obviously do not update the system. It pathetic!!!
