Application taking to long!!!! No communication!!!!!

I app**** on Monday and submitted my documents to Diketso from teljoy,every day when I ask him , I am told about Vetting yesterday I didn't even bother asking him about my application. How can a application take a week??? I went to go open a account at Silverlakes decofurn and I was pre approved within 10mins than later asked to submit my documents and they approved me after 30mins and gave me a limit of ****** for shopping in the same freaken day. I am happy i have my furniture As for teljoy my sister referred me you, but oh my you are useless and a waste of time. How can u make a person wait for so long on the outcomes of their application??? No communication NOTHING!!!!!!!!!! pitiful my sister said u are quick and great. But she doesn't see that anymore!!!
