APPALLING SERVICE

I must say your service is appalling, i've been waiting for a delivery on Saturday which was not delivered. Your delivery department called me yesterday telling me that they on the way to deliver, how could one just drive not knowing if the customer is available to accept the delivery? I then told the guy that they can deliver today after 12, which he reassured me that they will deliver today as per my request. I cancelled my meetings for nothing.

I WANT MY DELIVERY TODAY.
