Appalling service and absolute lack of customer support

Spare yourself the frustrations and disappointments and rather get a Game or Macro account. Been now 2 months since me unit was collected for repairs, received the feedback from a third party that the equipment needs to be replaced as there is no spares, but after constant emails, whatsapp's to their dedicated number and calls that just do not go through to anyone, i'm still sitting in the dark with no answers. Teljoy, you will never receive a referral from me or will i ever utilize you again.
