All good till teljoys wheels come off

I rented an xbox after a month I decided i wasn't using it ... Let me tell you what a disaster !! They first didn't even contact me to tell me there was a number wrong on banking branch code so I was hunted down by the collection department.

Then I cleared stated multiple times I wanted the contract cancelled understanding the early cancelation fees this was on the 12/03/2024, They still are running my contract for the xbox I've booted up once I'm now sitting with over 2k and i cant even hand it back.
