AFFECTING MY PERSONAL CREDIT SCORE DUE TO INABILITY TO PERFORM OPERATIONAL TASKS

I am really upset with telljoy , paying my account every month and sending them numerous emails but still every time i check the credit bureaus it shows unpaid .

Then i randomly get a message stating that i still need to pay 20 rand or whatever the case might be due to the price increase , which is all good and well but how is it my responsibility to have the debit order amount updated , and how can they report my account as unpaid when it is their problem that caused the account being unpaid.

Then i receive an call saying the understand but it will be fixed next month you cant just let my credit record look bad until you fix your issues and now my personal record can be fixed , i want this fixed immediately .
