ADD ON MY ACCOUNT.

I am a good ,loyal customer of Teljoy going on four years and have taken many products out from them ,however I app**** for a black Friday deal which the consultant advised I can add onto my current account and then her story changed because of the province I live in I can not have this product they don't deliver to me. This is quite unsettling and appalling as I have been a customer for years and not months. I have always paid my bills up to date infact im in credits so when I want something I can just add it onto my account. Im quite disappointed by the service im getting this deal is only valid until end of November hence Black Friday deals and no one has made the efforts to get back to me yet I want this added to my account before end of sales ,as Teljoy claim to be a big company and advertises nation wide and the company has delivered to me many times before I don't see why TELJOY THE COMPANY CANT MAKE A EXCEPTION.
