Accounts error
I took ownership of one of the items on my account from the 1st of Feb. got the mail confirmation from customer service. end of march comes around and I see I'm still getting charged.
Multiple email, multiple calls, stall waiting for the callback that was also promised and 14th of March still waiting for it to be resolved.
This is also not the first item that I have had this issue with ownership of items but by far this is the greatest number of hoops I have jumped through to try and get this resolved.
