Account issues

In past i always referred Teljoy to others....these days im not sure to do that anymore. TV have been collected have a loan unit till my rented one is fixed. Problem is that 8 notice Teljoy increased my monthly rental since April this year? Ii were called to say i shortpay on my rental?'ve send a query regarding this, but as always i never get response ....what am im to do with this service lately receiving from Teljoy? I guess i WILL get a call after this post...dont like to get their attention this way, Clifford van der Westhuizen ***
